On February 16, 2026, Thip Phichit Co., Ltd. participated in the “Green Grain Day” event under the environmentally friendly agriculture promotion program, held in Thap Khlo District. The initiative aimed to educate and motivate farmers to shift their practices in managing rice stubble and straw, guided by the concept: “Why burn when you can earn?”
At the event, Thip Phichit Co., Ltd. hosted an informational booth providing guidance on proper rice straw management. Farmers were also invited to register to supply rice straw to power plants—helping reduce open-field burning, generate additional income, and minimize environmental impact.
In addition, company representatives, led by Mr. Seksan Jansena, joined a panel discussion on rice straw procurement and its utilization in power plants, highlighting opportunities to sustainably manage agricultural residues.
This activity played an important role in encouraging farmers in Phichit Province to transition from burning agricultural waste to adopting profitable and environmentally friendly practices.
